FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is the difference between custom and personalized?
A custom design is when you hire us to come up with a brand new illustration for your card. Personalize means that you want to add your own words or message to an existing card or product (ie Happy Birthday Sarah to the cupcake card). You can also check out our Product Info section for more details.

2. I don't want my package of cards to be all the same design, can I mix them up?
You bet. If you want a package of 10 cards, you can pick any 10 designs to fill the package. There are only so many lines on the order form so we ask that you call in orders of more than 20 if you're going to mix them up.

3. I'd like to order a custom design, what do I need to do?
Contact Mice Sentiments Exactly by phone or email and we can discuss your ideas and what
it would cost. Custom orders can range from $50-$500 depending on the complexity of the design and may take up to two months to complete.

4. I'd like to order a custom design of my house, can you work from a photo?
We can work from regular photographs as well as digital.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your card order will be shipped within 2–3 weeks, depending on size and time of year.
If you order a custom design, you will be given a shipping date once the design is complete.

6. I'd like to order address labels for an address other than my own, what do I do?
Contact Mice Sentiments Exactly with the design you have chosen and the address information and we'll take care of the rest.

7. I own a gift store and would like to carry your fabulous cards in my store,
how would you like me to proceed?
Excellent decision! Call or email us to let us know you're interested and we'll discuss
pricing and orders.

8. I noticed on your custom page that designed postcards for people, can I do that?
Of course you can, contact us with your design ideas. Orders start at $200 and there is
a 500 postcard minimum.

9. Why mice?
Because they're small, cute and apparently do more than just eat cheese.
